  • If you purchase a product from Plumzzy Website, we provide a 'Frequently-Asked-Questions' easy return policy within 21 days from the date of Invoice, so the things you purchase are returnable at your convenience. 

  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the Product. Only unused items are eligible for return.

  • If you have purchased our products from another online shopping platform, you will have to abide by the terms and conditions of the return policy of that particular on Plumzzy online shopping platform only.

  • On cash-on-delivery orders, reimbursements will be credited to your bank account, the details of which will be requested from you after we receive the request for return within 30 days from the date of invoice.

  • We dispatch thousands of shipments every day, so missing items or theft in transit are quite uncommon. If you suspect your package has been tampered with, please contact the Plumzzy staff as soon as possible through email/WhatsApp and record a video while unboxing it.

  • If you get an SMS claiming that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the Plumzzy staff within 24 hours of receiving the email/SMS confirming delivery.

  • All returns are processed within 10 days from the date of request. Please contact Plumzzy Customer Support if you have any questions about your return.

Cancellation Policy
  • If you wish to cancel an order, you can log in to your Plumzzy Account and cancel within 24 hours from the date of placing your order.

  • Cancellations will not be accepted once the purchase has been dispatched. 

  • Once your order is dispatched, you can receive the order and opt for a return in case you do not wish to keep the product.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Each product has a warranty timeline. You can only claim a warranty within the respective timeline given for each product.

  • To claim the warranty, you must provide the following through filling of the return request form and  from Email/WhatsApp:

    1. Proof of Purchase (Invoice)

    2. Order ID

    3. Images and a video of the malfunctioning product

  • Our Customer Support Executive will reach out to you within 24-48 hours from the date of receiving the request for claiming the warranty and help you out with the further procedure.

  • In case the product under warranty needs to be replaced, you are liable to pay the one-sided cost of shipping the damaged/defective product to us.

  • Warranty void if:

    1. Proper installation and maintenance instructions are not followed.

    2. Normal wear and tear of the product due to continuous usage.

    3. Breakage due to negligence, abuse, improper use, or accident.

    4. Damage due to Act of God (Earthquake, Cyclones, Floods, etc.).

    5. Damage due to exposure to acids, chemicals, strong detergents and cleaners like Phenyls, etc.

    6. Damage due to household pets, rats, cockroaches, lizards, pests, or any other animal/insects.

    7. Expiration of Warranty Period.
